Home Join our team Explore opportunities Req ID Posted Function Location Req ID: 98883 Function: Finance Posted: Aug 11, 2026 Location: BRAND FINANCE MANAGER – UKI FINANCE / BRAND FINANCE & FP&A Wimbledon, London As our Brand Finance Manager – UKI, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Consumer Beauty division, partnering closely with Marketing leadership to drive financial performance, optimize investments, and shape strategic decision‑making across the brand portfolio. THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! As our Brand Finance Manager , you play a critical role in connecting financial performance with commercial and marketing decisions. You will lead brand investment management, support business planning and forecasting cycles, and provide profitability insights that help accelerate growth across the Consumer Beauty portfolio. You will partner closely with the Consumer Beauty Finance Director , Senior Marketing Director, and Brand Marketing teams, and you will manage: 1. Brand Finance & Marketing Investment Management Own the end‑to‑end management of A&CP (Advertising & Consumer Promotion) spend across the Consumer Beauty Division. Partner with Marketing leadership to plan, monitor, and optimize brand budgets. Ensure effective allocation of marketing investments aligned with strategic priorities. 2. FP&A & Business Performance Play a key role in Consumer Beauty P&L preparation and overall financial performance management. Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Quarterly Forecast processes. Provide performance insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key business drivers. 3. Profitability & Mix Analysis Conduct detailed product mix and profitability analyses down to product contribution level. Identify underperforming products and recommend actions to improve profitability. Support strategic growth decisions by identifying the most profitable products, categories, and brands. 4. ROI & Investment Effectiveness Drive marketing ROI analysis and promotional effectiveness reviews. Assess product mix and structural profitability, including COGS impact. Deliver actionable recommendations to maximize return on investments. 5. Innovation & NPD Performance Support financial reviews and tracking of New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. Monitor innovation performance and financial delivery versus expectations. Analyze NPD profitability and support decision‑making around future launches. 6. Cross‑Functional Business Partnering Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams. Act as a true Finance Business Partner, influencing decisions beyond traditional reporting. Provide financial leadership and commercial insights across multiple stakeholders. YOU ARE A COTY FIT As a commercially minded finance professional, you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy turning complex financial data into strategic business decisions. Your skills and experience include: Strong commercial acumen and financial leadership capabilities. Experience in Brand Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or related finance roles. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. High learning agility and ability to connect the dots across multiple business drivers. Strong business partnering and stakeholder‑management capabilities. Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities. High accuracy, discipline, and ability to work against tight deadlines. Power BI experience is considered an advantage.
