We're Hiring! Brand & Growth Marketing Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

We're growing and it's time to bring on a Brand & Growth Marketing Manager who can take our brand presence to the next level.

Park Capital Search is an executive search & executive support talent firm, and we're looking for someone to own the voice and visual identity across three brands: Park Capital Search, Evergreen (our RPO division), and our Founder's personal brand. It's a rare role where you get to build and shape multiple brands at once, not just maintain one.

A few things you'd actually be doing:

• Dreaming up campaigns and content that make people stop scrolling, then turning them into a real monthly calendar
• Coaching teammates on how to build their own personal brand using what you create
• Owning our LinkedIn and social media presence end to end, plus email campaigns
• Digging into the analytics every month and using what you learn to get sharper

You'll probably love this role if:

• You've got 3+ years in marketing or brand strategy and a portfolio that actually looks current, not templated
• You're the person in the room with a point of view, and you're not afraid to defend it
• You get a kick out of growing an audience organically and watching the numbers move
• You like mentoring people almost as much as you like making things
