Brand Manager - Healtheries (maternity cover)

We are looking for an experienced FMCG Brand Manager with a strong track record in innovation and product development to lead priority NPD and renovation projects across the diverse Healtheries food, beverage and supplements portfolio.
As this is a maternity leave cover, we need someone with strong brand management and end-to-end NPD experience who can quickly understand the portfolio, build relationships and confidently drive projects from day one.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager – Healtheries, you will join a collaborative marketing team of 11, including four people dedicated to the Healtheries portfolio.

About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager – Healtheries, you will join a collaborative marketing team of 11, including four people dedicated to the Healtheries portfolio.
You Will
- Lead innovation and renovation projects from concept through to market launch
- Manage end-to-end NPD using the Stage-Gate process
- Develop robust business cases using consumer, category and financial insights
- Coordinate launch plans and deliver brand and sales materials on time
- Manage project budgets, A&P expenditure and post-launch reviews
- Build strong relationships across Sales, Category, Product Development, Regulatory, Graphics, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners
To succeed, you will have:
- Approximately 5–6 years or more of brand marketing experience within FMCG
- Previous experience in a similar Brand Manager role
- Proven end-to-end NPD and Stage-Gate project leadership experience
- A successful track record of launching consumer products
- Strong commercial acumen and business-case development skills
- Excellent project management, communication and influencing capability
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
