At Reskinned, we believe in using business as a force for good. We're powering takeback and resale programmes for some of the world's leading fashion brands. With over 20 years of textile recycling expertise and clever tech, we ensure clothing and footwear reaches the people who will value it most at every stage of its life. We maximise each item's value and potential re-wear opportunities, and promise to reuse or recycle 100% of what we receive, ensuring nothing enters landfill.
Reskinned also makes buying pre-loved fashion as easy as buying new, so we can all get our fashion fix in a more sustainable way. Recommerce is one of the fastest-growing sectors in retail, continuing on a strong upward trajectory driven by sustainability and price-conscious consumers.
We have seen meteoric growth in the UK, where we now work with 35+ UK and international scale brands to deliver a one-stop circularity solution. We are now looking to replicate this success in the EU.
We're a small family, growing rapidly, and we're looking for people who are passionate about sustainability and changing the way we shop for the better.
Position Overview
The Brand Partnership Executive will sit within the Brand Partnership team and support the commercial success, day-to-day delivery and continued development of Reskinned’s takeback and resale programmes. The role will work closely with fashion brand partners, the Distribution Centre and internal commercial teams to coordinate activity from programme development and launch through to ongoing account management, stock movements, reporting and annual reviews.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion circularity and wants to build experience in a rapidly growing recommerce business. The successful candidate will help maintain strong partner relationships, ensure programmes are delivered accurately and efficiently, and contribute ideas that strengthen the value of each partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, onboarding, testing and launch of new brand-partner programmes.
- Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned fashion brand partners, responding to emails, resolving ad hoc requests and maintaining professional, responsive communication.
- Manage takeback and resale programmes for dedicated partner accounts, ensuring activity is delivered in line with agreed requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate brand stock deliveries and work closely with the Distribution Centre team to communicate delivery details, programme requirements and resale-drop information.
- Support the Brand Partnership team in planning and delivering upcoming resale drops, including briefing operational details accurately to warehouse colleagues.
- Prepare analysis, performance reporting and insight for brand partner programmes to support commercial decision-making and partnership development.
- Support senior colleagues in identifying opportunities to maximise the value, performance and strategic potential of each partnership.
- Work closely with the team on the eBay partnership and associated initiatives to help drive trade.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of annual partnership reviews with brand partners.
- Identify and suggest practical, innovative improvements to partnership processes, reporting and ways of working.
