An exciting opportunity to join the UK team within Universal Franchise Products & Partnerships (FPP) team. FPP is the consumer products division within the wider Universal Destinations & Experiences business. As part of the UK & Ireland team, you will gain hands-on experience working across our Fashion & Lifestyle and Food, Beauty & Care businesses, supporting some of the world's most recognised entertainment brands and collaborating with leading licensees, retailers and brand partners.
In this role, you will support the teams across a broad range of activities, including sales and market analysis, identify and research prospective brand partners, create compelling presentation and business updates, licensing contract administration, organising industry events and attending trade shows/industry events. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new product ranges, brand collaborations and strategic partnerships.
In addition, you will work closely with colleagues across the wider category and retail teams, providing support on a variety of projects, business initiatives and day-to-day activities, giving you exposure to multiple areas of the licensing and brand extension business.

You will become highly proficient in business tools such as Excel and PowerPoint and/or Keynote, developing your ability to analyse data, identify trends and turn insights into recommendations.
You will also gain experience in researching markets, evaluating new business opportunities, identifying prospective brand partners and supporting the development of strategic pitches and proposals (both virtually and in person).
