Brand & UX/UI Designer

We're looking for the new Brand & UX/UI Designer. About the job studio ruelle is a Brussels based strategic design and digital product studio. Over the past 10 years, we have built a reputation for crafting impactful brand identities and modern digital experiences. Our client portfolio ranges from ambitious SaaS scaleups to global brands and major public institutions. We are seeking a Brand and UX UI Designer who can take full ownership of projects from concept to launch. You will lead creative direction, collaborate directly with clients, and deliver work that is strategically grounded and visually sharp. Working closely with our founder and technical team, you will bring our core pillars of strategy, technology, and creativity to life with real creative agency. This is a hybrid position based on three days in our Brussels studio and two days working remotely. We do not accept cookie cutter briefs or pass work down to junior account handlers. Every client works directly with our core leadership and multidisciplinary specialists to turn complex challenges into clear digital assets. About you Three to five years of proven experience across brand identity and UX UI design, demonstrating high level execution in both disciplines rather than a single focus. Strong visual craft and an exceptional portfolio that proves your ability to build cohesive visual identities and intuitive digital interfaces. A collaborative mindset with a natural aptitude for working directly alongside clients, developers, and project leaders to translate complex briefs into clear design solutions. A high degree of self management and organisation, comfortable guiding your own work streams and keeping deliverables on schedule. Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with a solid grasp of design systems, component libraries, and interactive prototyping. Comfortable communicating in French or Dutch, alongside strong professional English for team and client interactions. Detail obsessed and user focused, balancing refined visual craft with overarching commercial objectives.
