Summary Brand-minded. Concept-driven. Pixel-precise. Sharp eye. Bigger ideas. Zero safe options. We're looking for a Creative Designer who takes a clear story and makes it impossible to ignore. The studio ++addmore is a product launch studio based in Belgium. We help startups get clear on what they're selling and why it matters. From positioning and messaging all the way to banger websites and product launches. We've worked with 100+ SaaS startups and scale-ups across Europe, and we know the drill: great product, unclear story and brand, slow growth. That's the gap we close. Whether you need to nail your narrative, get to market fast, or run focused experiments to move a key metric. The role Positioning is handled before you touch it. The story is sharp, the message is agreed, the hard conversations already happened. You're the first one to make it hit. Concepts, key visuals, campaign systems. Shoulder to shoulder with strategists, writers and builders. The work is public. People will see it. That's the fun part and the scary part. You explore concepts, design key visuals, build campaign systems, and work shoulder to shoulder with strategists, writers and builders. The work is public. People will see it. That's the fun part and the scary part. What you’ll do Design AI-native: Use AI design tools daily to generate and iterate on concepts, visuals and variants, then kill most of it because the craft isn't there, the brand doesn't fit, or it's been seen before. AI produces the volume. You decide what survives. That filter is the actual skill. Prompting is not Set the direction: Facilitate workshops, say what you think out loud, and turn the room's ideas into concrete design directions people can act on Know the landscape: Trends, competitors, references, what's about to be everywhere. Read the user data and the feedback too. Taste holds up better when it's informed Build the visual language: Concepts, design systems, brand expressions. Built so asset number 40 still looks like number 1 Ship production work: Websites and landing pages, case study layouts, social, ad creative, presentation templates, email. Organic and paid Make it tangible: Interactive prototypes, animations and showcases so clients feel the intent instead of imagining it Own the tools: Figma and the design system are yours. When something better shows up, you're the one who brings it in Talk to clients: Explain the choices, the progress, and what the work did after launch. Design you can't defend doesn't ship What we look for Taste you can defend: Typography and spacing are instinct, but you can also say why Three directions, not one: You explore wide before you polish deep Systems brain: You design so it holds up across 40 assets, not just the hero shot Craft plus speed: You know which one to spend on and when You show your thinking: Explaining the work is half the work. Rarer than you'd think You don't need to tick every box. Show us your work and walk us through your thinking, especially how you move from idea to system to output. What this isn't Not a pixel factory. If you want to execute someone else's layout, this will bore you Not six weeks on one campaign. Things move Not waiting for a brief. Sometimes the brief is your job too Bonus points You can do light motion (Straitght into code, Jitter, Rive, After Effects, or Figma Motion) You've worked on campaigns that actually performed, and you can explain why You can write or sharpen a headline with a designer's eye You've already built your own AI workflow and have opinions about which tools are overrated You're comfortable across the stack we live in: Figma, Claude, Framer, Jitter,... The team A small team that's allergic to fluff and obsessed with craft. You'll work closely with strategy, design and production, and there's nowhere to hide, which is exactly why people get good here fast. How to stand out Show us your strongest work and how you think. Link a portfolio (Notion, Drive, Figma, personal site, LinkedIn, side projects, we don't care where) Include brand, campaign, web, social, deck or product-marketing work Walk us through one or two projects: the brief, your thinking, the direction, the output Show us you care about startups, marketing, tech or digital products Don't tell us you're motivated. Prove it We're hiring for craft, curiosity and taste. Not a polished CV. What's in it for you You'll ship real work that's public, measurable and portfolio-ready You'll see how a small, high-output studio turns strategy into execution You'll work with people who care about taste, clarity and momentum Fast feedback loop, room to grow quickly, no waiting your turn The team A small team that's allergic to fluff and obsessed with craft. You'll work closely with strategy, design and production, and there's nowhere to hide, which is exactly why people get good here fast. How to stand out Show us your strongest work and how you think. Prove it We're hiring for craft, curiosity and taste. Not a polished CV. One last thing Half the industry is telling designers that AI is coming for this job. I think it did the opposite. It made the volume free and left taste as the only thing that's still scarce. Which means the people with real taste are about to have the best few years of their career. If that reads as exciting rather than terrifying, we should talk. How this goes Everyone we hire does a test case. No exceptions, including the people we already like. A call. Thirty minutes with the founder or Jens. No deck, no prep, just your work and how you think. The test case. A non existing startup brief, and you take it into one concept direction. Max 8 hours We go through it together. Your reasoning, your thinking. What you'd change, what you'd cut, what you'd fight for. This conversation tells us more than the CV ever could Decision. Fast, either way A portfolio shows us what you've made. The test case shows us what you can create in the startup ecosystem.
