Braze Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Act as the central technical lead in Braze and support the end-to-end delivery view across platforms
• Ensure solutions are cohesive, scalable and reusable across use cases
• Partner with Product Managers and BA/POs to provide early-stage sizing and estimation for new initiatives and operate effectively where requirements are not fully defined
• Shape delivery iteratively rather than waiting for full definition and enable faster prioritisation decisions, realistic scoping and clear technical trade-offs
• Provide clear, actionable guidance on how to achieve business outcomes technically and recommend approaches and trade-offs between implementation options
• Operate with lightweight solution design and minimal but effective documentation, using strong verbal and collaborative design practices
• Act as the go-to technical advisor for Burberry in Braze and work closely with Product Managers, BA/PO roles and business stakeholders
• Bridge business intent and technical execution, as well as technical constraints and commercial impact
• Champion comfort working with ambiguity, iterative delivery and test-and-learn, and outcome-led solutioning
• Help the development team move away from over-reliance on fully defined requirements and perfection-driven delivery cycles

Requirements

• Experience in technical leadership within MarTech platforms
• Proven ability to deliver cohesive, scalable and reusable solutions
• Strong partnership skills with Product Managers, BA/POs and business stakeholders
• Ability to provide early-stage sizing and estimation for new initiatives
• Expertise in shaping delivery iteratively and enabling faster prioritisation decisions
• Skill in solution design, technical guidance and recommending implementation approaches
• Effective communication and collaborative design practices
• Comfort working with ambiguity and iterative delivery models
• Understanding of outcome-led solutioning and test-and-learn approaches
• Knowledge of platform adoption, scaling and use case design patterns
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1+)
