Serves as a Bridge Software Engineer connecting Japan operations with the company's Vietnam-based engineering entity, providing technical direction and project management to local engineers in Vietnam.

Currently, four native-level Japanese-speaking Vietnamese engineers are stationed at the Japan office. They daily align system specifications with the Japanese project teams and manage offshore development through web conferences with approximately 40 engineers located at the Ho Chi Minh facility. The Vietnam entity is led by CEO Nguyen Thai Lam, a core engineer since the parent company's inception, who seamlessly oversees local resource allocation and technical direction.

Assigned projects focus on either Smartplus's securities business or enterprise solution initiatives (client site visits are generally not required). Due to business expansion, the company is actively recruiting Vietnamese Bridge Software Engineers with strong Japanese fluency and proven technical management capabilities.
