We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer / .NET Engineer to support and improve a large-scale cloud platform.
The role combines production support, incident response, cloud troubleshooting, and hands-on .NET development. You will investigate deployment and configuration issues, resolve production incidents, support service onboarding, and implement engineering improvements to increase platform reliability and reduce recurring problems.
RequirementsStrong experience with production incident response and troubleshooting
Hands-on C#/.NET development and debugging experience
Good knowledge of Azure and ARM deployments
Understanding of cloud identity, access management, and security
Experience with CI/CD and PowerShell
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with multiple engineering and operational stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud deployment orchestration
Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and telemetry
Experience with Infrastructure/Configuration as Code
Familiarity with NuGet and .NET package management
Responsibilities
Respond to and troubleshoot production incidents and service issues
Investigate failures related to cloud deployments, dependencies, configuration, and access
Develop, debug, and test C#/.NET solutions
Implement automation and configuration improvements
Support service onboarding and deployment activities
Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive improvements
Maintain troubleshooting guides and operational documentation
Participate in critical incident/on-call coverage and coordinate incident resolution when required
Regular 8-hour shift within the 10 AM–10 PM PT coverage window, Monday–Friday (exact hours can be adjusted based on location and coverage needs)
Participation in Sev2-only on-call rotation outside the regular shift
Off-hours coverage is focused on critical incidents only, non-critical issues are handled during regular working hours
