Open roles (details) Producer (Freelance) Contract: Freelance (ad-hoc, project based) Rate: £300–£400/day (DOE) Location: Bristol studio + remote + on-location (South West/UK) What you’ll do: take projects from brief to delivery; shape treatments; plan shoots; manage contributors, schedules and budgets; lead interview days; oversee edits and delivery. You’ll fit if: you’ve produced brand/corporate/doc work, can direct interviews, and keep clients and crew aligned under time pressure. Director of Photography (Freelance) Contract: Freelance (project based) Rate: £650/day (excl. kit) Location: On-location across the South West/UK What you’ll do: lead camera and lighting; collaborate on look/approach; run small crews; light interviews; capture b-roll that cuts cleanly; work comfortably with producers/directors. Nice to have: own kit list (camera/prime set/basic G&E); clean audio workflow with sound op; driving licence.
