Job Description Summary
Broker Coordinator (m/w/d) will support our team of commercial real estate adviser by managing administrative tasks, coordinating transactions, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills in English and German.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist adviser in managing real estate transactions from listing to closing, including preparing and reviewing documents, scheduling inspections, and coordinating with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to advisers, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining client databases.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, online advertisements.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support brokers in identifying potential opportunities and making informed decisions.
- Independent creation of presentations for national and international (Corporate) clients
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments on behalf of adviser for the creation of pitch/proposal as needed.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Vocational Training in Real Estate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- First working experience within the commercial real estate industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
