We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational Incoming team, part of our risk business at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a highly motivated, professional and fast-growing broking team within the Multinational Client Servicing division. The Multinational Incoming team handles the local insurance requirements and servicing for Marsh's overseas multinational clients. You will gain exposure to working with global clients and colleagues across Marsh's entire international network, while ensuring seamless client servicing delivery through close collaboration within Marsh teams in-country and overseas.

We will count on you to:

• Manage multinational client servicing by working with overseas Marsh offices across geographies to manage their global clients' local entities in Singapore for their insurance needs, including pre-renewal data gathering, renewal discussions, and post-renewal activities such as policy documentation and training support.
• Deliver prompt and accurate processing of clients' insurance requests and ensure overall client servicing meets quality standards.
• Lead digital tools implementation and adoption with our clients by partnering closely with internal teams to support both team and external clients' adoption of Marsh systems and tools.
• Implement action plans, monitor progress, and assure service meets or exceeds client expectations while protecting the firm from Errors & Omissions.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience within the general insurance industry.
• Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent (ANZIIF or ACII preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
