A+S International seeks a BRT Operations Specialist for an ADB-funded project. The assignment focuses on developing a detailed operational design and business model for a major Bus Rapid Transit network in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Key Responsibilities
- The update of the public transport surveys.
- The update of the BRT Operational Plan before the start of operations.
- Preparation of operational assignments.
- Partial assistance with staff capacity development.
- Provide inputs into the preparation of handbooks.
- The expert will also assist in the BRT trial operations.
Qualification and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in urban planning, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Experience designing third-generation/direct services BRT operational plans in at least five projects.
