HIRING | BSA Operations Technical Analyst
Role: BSA Operations Technical Analyst
Location: Pune
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 6–8 Years
Duration: 6 Months
CTC: Up to ₹11 LPA
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced BSA Operations Technical Analyst with expertise in BlackLine and SAP FI-CO to support finance transformation, balance-sheet reconciliation and manual journal processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer, maintain and configure the BlackLine SaaS platform.
• Manage user permissions, access controls, profiles and system settings.
• Maintain master data, charts of accounts and mapping tables.
• Configure reconciliation workflows and manage in-transit runs.
• Perform audits and validation checks for data integrity.
• Develop reports and KPIs covering reconciliation and process efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the BlackLine System Administrator team.
• Provide BlackLine training and technical support to users.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Finance, GBS and Control stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

BlackLine + SAP FI-CO experience preferred. GBS/SSC, Big Four, Power or Oil & Gas experience is desirable.
