Build Manager

Our telecommunications client is seeking a Build Coordinator to work on a 12 month B2B contract based 3 days per week onsite in Brussels with 2 days remote. Candidates would need to be fluent in English as well as either French or Dutch.

Requirements:

-Strong understanding of the site build lifecycle, including documentation, milestones, contractor/subcontractor management, vendor coordination, and project delivery.

-Minimum 6 years of Project Management experience required

-Construction experience in Belgium is required; strong knowledge of civil works

-Telecom experience is a plus

-Proficiency in Pylot, Excel, and Power BI; experience with ISONET and Command is a plus.

-Ability to organize, simplify, and synthesize complex data into clear and actionable reports.

-High attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and timely delivery.

-Proactive communicator and strong collaborator, capable of working across crossfunctional teams.

-Results-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
