What will you do?


In this position, you will join our Buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of projects. We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it is the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

  • Participate in control system engineering projects in developing and reviewing specifications, testing and commissioning. Delivery of the works would be as per client standards and in accordance with Thai Standards.

  • Technical reviews on specialist contractors’ shop drawing/documentation submissions such as points lists, network architecture schematics, controller wiring diagrams, control cabinet drawings, functional descriptions (FDs) / scope of operations (SOO), and HMI graphics.

  • Leading project control design, execution, testing and commissioning.

  • Stakeholder liaison and support for the production of controls system strategies, designs and specifications.

  • Lead and take ownership for the co-ordination of all building services disciplines.

  • Work with other engineers, designers and supervisors as required to support engineering project delivery.

  • Working on multiple concurrent projects.

  • Preparing detailed design of control systems incorporating PLC/SCADA/DCS platforms.

  • Providing solution for clients’ technical needs.

  • Preparing technical and fee proposals for tenders.

  • Project engineering and planning.

  • Travelling to clients’ site.

  • Overseas work trip opportunities.

  • Site works to involve the onsite implementation, testing and commissioning of the Control System works on an as required basis.

  • Apply a working knowledge of relevant engineering legislation and standards as they apply to projects.

What can you bring to the team?


Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:


The candidate shall possess:

  • Degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, information and communications technology or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ post graduate experience across all project development phases from concept design, detailed design to site commissioning of projects or similar roles.

  • Experience in DDC, PLC control design and project delivery.

  • Experience with Safety in Design practices, risk assessment, preparing proposals, project engineering and planning.

  • Applied knowledge of relevant Thai Standard .

  • Experience with BMS including DDC and PLC controls.

  • Experience working on various device interfaces such as OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP & RTU, MQTT, BACnet/IP & MSTP etc

  • Networking systems and associated components including physical/virtual servers, network switches (CISCO and MOXA), fibre networks, structured cabling, ethernet networks, security etc.

  • Design skills and specification writing skills are essential.

  • Good understanding of Building Services Engineering for building services such as mechanical systems, electrical systems, telecommunications, fire systems and plumbing & sanitary systems.

  • Possess leadership skills and strong background in all aspects of BMS.

  • Knowledge of HVAC Control Applications and Electrical Power Management Systems.

  • Experienced in the consultancy, design and construction of Critical Facilities and Smart Buildings.

  • Strong organisation and communication skills to collaborate with all stakeholders.

  • Ability to travel and work on clients’ sites.

  • Ability to proactively interact with clients, stakeholders, project managers, engineers, and designers from other disciplines to provide the best solution for clients’ requirements and deliver project deliverables with highest quality as per the schedule.

  • Highly self-motivated, strong work ethics, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, particularly the ability to write technical documentation and communicate discipline requirements to other members of the project team and clients.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong commitment to client satisfaction.
