You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Business AI Cloud use cases for enterprise clients, from requirement gathering through configuration, integration, testing, and go-live. You will work closely with senior architects and forward deployed engineers to make sure each solution fits cleanly into the client’;s broader technology stack. Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Business AI Cloud use cases, from requirements through configuration, testing, and go-live. Build AI agents and multi-step workflows in Agent Builder, including prompts, actions, guardrails, and pre-launch simulation and testing. Set up knowledge pipelines: connect content and data sources, configure retrieval (RAG), and validate answer accuracy against agreed test sets. Build and manage integrations between the platform and enterprise systems such as contact-centre platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect), CRM and service platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow), and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) using REST APIs and webhooks. Conduct user acceptance testing, resolve defects, and tune agent behaviour before production release. Create clear technical documentation: solution designs, configuration guides, and runbooks for client handover. Work with project managers to keep delivery milestones on time and within scope. Experience/Qualifications: 0 to 5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration. Fresh graduates should hold relevant cloud, data, or AI certifications and show hands-on project experience with LLM applications or chatbots Working knowledge of APIs (REST, JSON), SQL, and at least one scripting language (Python preferred). Understanding of LLM application patterns: prompt design, retrieval (RAG), agent workflows, and testing and evaluation of AI outputs. Experience with contact-centre, CRM, or enterprise data platforms is a strong advantage. Strong organisation and communication skills for client-facing delivery. Language: English
