About the role
Build the future of Business Analysis at AirportLabs
AirportLabs builds software that helps airports, airlines, and ground handlers operate more efficiently. Our products support complex operational environments where good analysis, clear requirements, and strong collaboration are essential to building the right solutions.
As our Product organisation continues to grow, we're looking for a Business Analysis Manager to take ownership of how Business Analysis works across AirportLabs.
This is not a traditional hands-on Business Analyst role. You won't be assigned to a single product or spend most of your time writing requirements.
Instead, you'll have the opportunity to shape the BA discipline across the organisation - developing our Business Analysts, improving how teams work, establishing practical standards and ways of working, and helping us build a stronger and more consistent Product organisation.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and company leadership, with a high level of autonomy to identify what needs to improve and decide how to make it happen.

What we offer
This is an opportunity to shape how Business Analysis is done across AirportLabs.
You'll work closely with Product leadership, influence how teams collaborate, and have the autonomy to build and improve the Business Analysis practice across the organisation.

- Interview with the Product Leadership Team
- Presentation of your proposed approach to a relevant business scenario.
We'll keep the process transparent, practical, and focused on understanding how you think, collaborate, and solve problems.
