Requirements
/ Your Skills
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of the IT environment
- Familiarity with Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 Open Source platforms
- Experience working in Agile methodologies
- Ability to clearly define project requirements (DoD, DoR, acceptance criteria)
- Skills in analyzing and modeling business processes (UML, BPMN)
- Experience supporting sales processes from a business perspective
- Knowledge of integrations with systems such as PIM, ERP, and payment providers
- Self-reliant, well-organized, and able to collaborate effectively with developers
- Proficient use of Jira and Confluence
- Experience working with external clients and preparing business-technical documentation, along with fluent English

- Identifying and analyzing clients’ business needs
- Selecting the best solutions tailored to business expectations
- Close collaboration with the delivery team throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Supporting the development team in understanding client requirements
- Creating and updating business-technical documentation
- Preparing and conducting training sessions for clients and system users
- Providing business support for sales processes
- Implementing and promoting best practices within the business analysis team
