We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an exciting international project supporting a Data Controls Engine (DCE) platform focused on data controls, compliance, and governance processes.

This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working with international stakeholders, analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting product improvements and global rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

• Work closely with business users, developers, and product teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.

• Support international product rollouts and implementation activities.

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Participate in workshops, backlog refinement, and solution design discussions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Proactively suggest improvements and support continuous product development.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst.

• Good understanding of finance and business processes.

• Experience working on international projects.

• Experience supporting software delivery, implementations, or product rollouts.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to quickly learn new business domains.

• Fluent English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM platforms or CRM-related projects.

• Knowledge of tax processes or tax technology.

• Experience in compliance, data governance, or financial reporting projects.
