The job description for the Integrations Business Analyst position is outlined below:1

• Role Summary: The position supports Pharma Global Technical Operations, focusing on the "Enterprise Recipe Management" project, specifically the "Integrations & Reporting" squad, and system integration projects.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business representatives to understand needs and act as a liaison to technical teams.
• Perform standard business analysis tasks (URS, User Stories, Functional Specifications, Acceptance Criteria, Business Cases, Project Charters).
• Assist with software testing and validation.
• Design and create new reports and facilitate data sharing.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are delivered according to plan.

• Requirements (Must Haves):
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT within the pharmaceutical (GxP compliant) environment as a Business Analyst.
• Understanding of SQL databases, relational data structures, and reporting solutions.
• Strong autonomy, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills in English.
• Availability for regular evening calls with the US team (15–19 CET).
