We are seeking a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology by gathering requirements, documenting processes, and working closely with development teams.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, recruiters, and engineering teams to define business requirements, improve workflows, and support software development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Work with stakeholders to define project scope.
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions.
• Assist QA during UAT.
• Create process flow diagrams and documentation.
• Coordinate with developers and project managers.
• Identify process improvements.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Requirement gathering.
• BRD & FRD documentation.
• User stories.
• Agile & Scrum.
• SDLC knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
