Business Analyst

Job Family Group: Sales Group Job Description: Job Purpose We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data-driven insights, reporting solutions, and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to transform complex data into meaningful insights, develop automated reporting solutions, and improve data quality and governance. This role requires a strong combination of analytical thinking, business knowledge, and technical expertise in data modelling, visualization, and analytics. Key Accountabilities Data Analysis & Dashboard Development Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business performance drivers. Translate business questions into analytical approaches. Create meaningful visualizations that enable business users to quickly understand performance and opportunities. Monitor key business KPIs and deliver regular and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making Business Partnership Support business planning, forecasting, sales performance analysis, and operational reporting. Provide training and guidance to business on dashboards and reporting tools. Job Holder Requirements Education Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within supply chain, operations, or commercial analytics. Experience supporting finance, sales, or other business functions is also highly valued. Skills & Competencies • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers through data-driven insights. • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modelling, with hands-on experience in Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and reporting. • Experience with Python or R for data analysis, automation, and process optimization.
