About this Position The position Soft Services Specialist should drive operational excellence in supplier management e.g., pest control, housekeeping, commuting shuttle, and canteen while optimizing the budget. Required leadership will ensure cost efficiency, sustainability, and high service standards, aligning with company’s commitment to safety and employee well-being. By fostering strong supplier management and enforcing compliance, the position should enhance workplace productivity and contribute to a safe, clean, and employee-centric working environment. What you´ll do Strategic Supplier & Contract Management: • Develop and maintain high-performance vendor partnerships through rigorous selection processes. • Lead commercial negotiations to optimize value and service levels. • Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure compliance and service through systematic audits and inspections. Financial management: • Implement financial controls and efficiency measures. • Conduct regular spend analysis and variance reporting. Operational Excellence: • Oversee daily service delivery across all functional areas. • Develop and implement standardized operating protocols. SHE Compliance & Risk Management: • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and corporate standards through regular safety trainings and compliance verifications. • Identify and mitigate potential operational risks. Stakeholder Engagement: • Align services with department strategy. • Implement service enhancements based on employee feedback. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree or above. Sense of entrepreneurship, collaboration and proactive problem-solving. Communication (CN) and Interpersonal Skills. Computer skill e.g., MS software.
