Business Analyst

The company helps clients accelerate their digital transformation through a broad portfolio that includes consulting, application services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms, and infrastructure services We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of business requirements, from gathering and analysis through delivery and testing. The role will be part of a project focused on enhancing third-party data ecosystems, integrating new data sources and technologies such as APIs and data virtualization to improve data accessibility and real-time availability. The Business Analyst will act as the link between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered according to business needs. The role also includes process analysis, solution validation, testing coordination, and support during deployment. A key objective of the project is to improve data quality and consistency across multiple Referential data sources, reducing reporting discrepancies and optimizing processes to enable faster and more reliable decision-making. Main Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions. Translate business needs into User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and functional specifications. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project objectives and MVP scope. Analyze current processes ("As-Is") and design improved future-state processes ("To-Be"). Act as the main point of contact between business users and development teams. Support solution design, clarify requirements, and validate delivered functionalities. Define test strategies, prepare Integration System Testing (IST) scenarios, and coordinate Functional Testing and UAT activities. Manage defects and ensure successful user validation using tools such as ALM Octane and Jira. Analyze data quality issues, identify root causes, and support continuous process improvement. Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, Business Rules). Knowledge of process modeling methodologies (BPMN, UML or similar). Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint activities. Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including IST, UAT, regression testing, and defect management. Good knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and data virtualization concepts. Experience with ALM Octane, Jira, and Confluence. Understanding of data management and Referential environments is highly valued. Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within an IT environment. Experience with Referential Administration, Data Management, or Database-related activities is a plus. Experience in data-related projects and system integrations is highly appreciated. Languages English – B2 minimum (mandatory) Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
