Location Requirement: Must be based in Finland or willing to relocate to Finland.

Job Description:

• Work with data end-to-end: Extract and process data from various sources (primarily Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric), then clean, validate, and structure it to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Understand the business: Analyze current processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build insightful dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and automated reports that provide meaningful business insights.
• Translate tech into business language: Convert complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Measure what matters: Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to evaluate the impact of business initiatives and support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead the squad: Guide and support team members on day-to-day priorities, remove blockers, and ensure smooth delivery in an agile environment.

• Power BI (Dashboard Development, DAX, Data Modeling, RLS, etc.)
• SQL (Snowflake)
