Position Overview
The Arizona Department of Administration (AZDOA) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Division. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis experience, stakeholder communication skills, requirements gathering expertise, technical documentation experience, and the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and test scenarios for complex projects.
Required Skills
3+ years of Business Analyst experience
Requirements gathering and business process analysis
Functional and technical documentation
User requirements and functional specifications
Test scenario creation and validation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Stakeholder management and customer service
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
Experience coordinating multiple Business Analysts
Project status reporting and stakeholder presentations
Functional design and business process improvement
Technical documentation and process mapping
