About The Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients on core trading systems and AI-driven solutions. You will own requirements end to end - from discovery and documentation through UAT and delivery - and keep business goals, technical execution, and regulatory expectations aligned throughout.
What You'll Do
Engage directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and align on requirements and objectives
Analyze and document business processes related to trading systems and securities workflows
Produce and manage business and functional documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, SRS, and user stories
Act as the primary bridge between business, product, and engineering teams
Collaborate with technical teams throughout development, testing, and delivery
Participate in UAT, clarify requirements, and drive issue resolution
Ensure delivered solutions align with business goals and regulatory requirements
What We Are Looking For
3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or technology projects
Strong understanding of core Business Analysis practices, including requirement gathering, process analysis, documentation, validation, and UAT
Hands-on experience working with relational databases and SQL
Ability to understand database tables, relationships, joins, filters, and basic data validation logic
Experience working with RESTful APIs, reading API documentation, and understanding request and response structures
Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger
Experience preparing business and functional documentation, such as BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Good communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and business stakeholders
Ability to clarify requirements, follow up on open items, and align expectations across business and technical teams
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Strong awareness of information security, including customer data protection and compliance requirements in banking/securities environments
Ability to identify information security risks at the project level, especially when working with multiple vendors, integrated systems, and sensitive data
Demonstrates adherence to, and promotes team compliance with, processes related to information classification, incident reporting, and project document control
Nice to Have
Experience in banking, fintech, securities, investment, or trading-related projects
Basic understanding of trading or securities workflows
Experience working with data-driven products or AI-related features
Familiarity with regulatory or compliance requirements in financial services
English proficiency for reading technical documents, writing specifications, and communicating with stakeholders

Requirements and collaboration: Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Process modeling: BPMN, UML, Draw.io, Visio, or similar diagramming tools
Data and APIs: SQL clients, Postman, Swagger, and API documentation tools
