Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing client requirements, designing business processes, and helping implement Odoo-based ERP solutions. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their digital transformation journey is smooth and effective.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature, requiring a proactive and results-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a "get it done" spirit and the ability to think outside the box to develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand client challenges and ERP needs
• Analyze and translate business requirements
• Assist in Odoo ERP Implementation
• Conduct user training and post-implementation support
• Facilitate meetings with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery
  
  

Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree (or at least 2 years in College)
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and online collab tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, and others)
• Experience in using MS Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, and other online meeting platforms
• A strong and reliable internet connection (Hybrid work setup, mostly work from home)
  
  

Nice to have

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and comms skills
• Passion for SMEs/SMBs
• Background in Digital Marketing (definitely a plus!)
• Driver's License (we love to go on rides as part of our team building)
