- Gather and analyze business needs.
- Challenge and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
- Document and validate functional requirements.
- Provide functional support and expertise.
- Support functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor project and release progress.
- Ensure deadlines, processes, and reporting standards are met.
- Manage requirements and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply Business Analysis best practices.
Nice to have: Knowledge of BaNCS, Custody & Tax processes, and SQL.
- Experienced Business Analyst;
- Master’s Degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax or Law;
- Minimum 4 years financial industry experience with an emphasis on Custody activity;
- Experience at Waterfall methodology and JIRA use;
- Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL);
- Overall general IT knowledge and Custody knowledge are a plus
- Good written and spoken English.
