Business Analyst

An established consumer goods business is looking for a strategic analyst to bridge the gap between data insights and commercial decision-making. This role focuses on enhancing transparency across sales, marketing, and financial metrics by consolidating diverse data sources into actionable management recommendations. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive data-based steering and functional performance.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and refining interactive dashboards and management reporting cockpits

• Analyzing revenue, margins, forecasts, and multi-channel sales performance

• Consolidating and structuring complex data sources into cohesive data models

• Identifying performance drivers, risks, and opportunities to support strategic planning

• Presenting detailed business reviews and forecasts to senior management stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or financial planning

• Advanced proficiency in modern data visualization and business intelligence tools

• Strong technical skills in data modeling, query languages, and database management

• Proven ability to translate complex datasets into strategic commercial recommendations

• Fluency in German and English with a proactive approach to information gathering
