Business Analyst

Role Description

The Business Analyst contract role at SRIYOG is a remote position responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology solutions. On a day-to-day basis, the Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

The role includes creating process flows, use cases, and functional specifications, as well as supporting solution design, testing, and implementation activities. The Business Analyst will also facilitate meetings, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure that project deliverables align with client expectations and organizational standards.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and validate stakeholder needs and translate them into clear specifications.
• Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, evaluate, and optimize workflows and operational procedures.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant experience in IT consulting, technology projects, or software implementation is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with common BA tools and methodologies (e.g., process modeling, requirements management tools, Agile or waterfall frameworks) is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
