Business Analyst - Agentic AI Delivery

Location: Remote (Open to Bilingual candidates across Latin America)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our Agentic Delivery Capability team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring our agentic delivery processes are well-defined, auditable, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual professional based in Latin America to work remotely with a global team on cutting-edge delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Discovery & Specification

• Conduct discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements, pain points, and opportunities for agentic solutions

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• 
  
• Document workflows, data flows, and edge cases to ensure comprehensive coverage before development begins

2. Product Owner & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a liaison between Product Owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
• 
  
• Facilitate regular check-ins, backlog grooming sessions, and requirement reviews
• 
  
• Gather and synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders to refine product direction and reduce ambiguity

3. Delivery & Cadence Flow

• Support sprint planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure delivery milestones are met on schedule
• 
  
• Monitor delivery cadence and proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, or dependencies that could impact timelines
• 
  
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to maintain a smooth and predictable delivery rhythm

4. Control Evidence & Audit Readiness

• Maintain thorough documentation and evidence trails to support internal controls and compliance requirements

• Prepare audit-ready materials, ensuring traceability between requirements, decisions, and delivered outcomes
• 
  
• Partner with risk and compliance teams to ensure all agentic delivery processes meet governance standards

5. Operating Model Adoption

• Champion the adoption of standardized operating models and best practices across delivery teams
• 
  
• Provide training, guidance, and support to teams transitioning to new agentic delivery frameworks
• 
  
• Continuously assess and recommend improvements to the operating model based on real-world delivery feedback
  

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Experience with Agile Methodologies
• Insurance Industry experience
• Based in Latin America, with the ability to work remotely and collaborate across time zones
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within agile, digital, or technology-driven delivery environments
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with agentic systems, AI-driven workflows, or similar emerging delivery models
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and multicultural teams
