Responsibilities Assist in gathering and documenting business and user requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions. Support the creation and maintenance of user stories, business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, and other project documentation. Work with product, development, and quality assurance teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Help create low-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and process diagrams to support solution design. Participate in application testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case preparation, and validation of business requirements. Conduct research and analysis to identify product improvements, industry trends, and customer needs. Assist in troubleshooting and documenting product issues while collaborating with technical teams on potential solutions. Support stakeholder communication by tracking requirements, updates, and project activities. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions. Contribute to product roadmaps, feature prioritization discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Interest in product management, business analysis, enterprise software, and technology solutions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or software development concepts is considered an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Basic understanding of business process analysis and documentation techniques. Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration platforms. Knowledge of SAP technologies, cloud applications, or enterprise software is considered an asset but not required.
