Our client is one of the world's top 15 largest and fastest-growing AI companies with over 55 million users and more than $100M ARR in two years. Their flagship product is the world’s largest AI companionship platform, redefining relationships for millions. It is governed by their proprietary moderation system, an internal AI designed to ensure everything they build is safe, ethical, and human-first. They are now hiring a Business Analyst to work directly with its founders and executive team, and the role will be remote across Asia.

As Business Analyst, you'll own analyses end-to-end — framing the problem, gathering and modelling the data, pressure-testing your own conclusions, and presenting recommendations directly to leadership.

This is a hybrid role: part analyst, part operator. Some weeks you'll be modelling a pricing decision; others you'll be in the day-to-day of the business — spotting the operational bottleneck nobody has named yet, coordinating stakeholders, and making sure things actually get done. You'll build the business cases, forecasts and KPI dashboards the founders use to decide what happens next, and prepare the strategy documents, performance reviews and investment memos that shape where the company goes.

What they are looking for:

  • 2–4 years at a Big4 or equivalent top-tier consulting firm, in a Strategy or Operations practice, with a Bachelor's in business, economics, engineering or a related quantitative field
  • You've built the model, not just reviewed one — you can open a blank sheet and build a financial model, business case or analysis from scratch, with advanced Excel second nature, and turn it into an executive-ready deck
  • You think in hypotheses, not hunches — given an ambiguous problem, you can lay out the possible explanations and say what data would prove or rule out each one
  • You take ownership without waiting for permission — you scope your own work and drive it independently in a remote setting
  • You communicate with real presence — you can distil complex analysis into a narrative a founder absorbs in minutes, and you're fully fluent in English
  • You're comfortable with the product category — AI companionship, built on uncensored models and content

Genuine curiosity about AI tools, exposure to high-growth startup environments, or a background in consumer tech, media, gaming or marketplaces would all add weight.

This would suit someone whose instinct was always to wonder what happened after the deck was presented — and who wants to see what compounding growth looks like from the inside.
