Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and document user requirements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to assess the feasibility of proposed new features.
• Create, refine, and validate functional requirement documentation, including process flow diagrams and wireframes.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work closely with system developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Provide daily system support to stakeholders, including system guidance, enquiry resolution for operational teams and Business Units, and appropriate escalation.
• Partner with system developers to identify workarounds and implement effective issue resolutions.
• Support the Product Manager in evaluating new technologies and features for the digital platform.

Requirements:

• Solid experience and in-depth knowledge in logistics or freight forwarding industry is a strong advantage;
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in business analysis, project management, IT solution development, or digitalization projects.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management.
• Strong command of MS Office applications; familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Adaptable and open mindset, with a strong willingness to embrace new ideas, drive change, and proactively overcome challenges and conflicts.
• Business-minded, performance-driven, and highly detail- and results-oriented.
• Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented and detail-focused approach.
