Your mission
As a Business Analyst at SYNTIVIS, you’ll be part of an interdisciplinary project environment. You make sure that business and functional requirements are clearly understood, well-documented, and handed over efficiently to our delivery teams. You support our internal project management through clarity, structure, and traceability – without holding primary customer responsibility.
Elicit, analyse and structure business and functional requirements for client and internal projects
Document requirements in appropriate formats (e.g. specifications, tickets, user stories)
Ensure completeness, consistency and currency of documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Translate approved requirements into concrete work packages for delivery teams
Support teams during implementation, testing and acceptance from a business perspective
Maintain traceability between requirements, tickets and deliverables
Contribute to improving internal processes and standards
Participate in client workshops or alignment meetings
Your profile
Initial experience in analysis, consulting or project roles
Structured thinker with clear written communication
Sound understanding of data structures, processes and project metrics
Confident using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
Fluent in German, good working proficiency in English
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion or modelling (e.g. BPMN, lightweight UML)
