We are looking for an Amazing: BUSINESS ANALYST (FRENCH MANDATORY)

Seniority: Minimum 3-5 years

Type of position: Hybrid (in Porto, Portugal)

The amazing you, will have:

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
• Solid experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (functional & non-functional).
• Skilled at bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating needs into actionable specifications.
• Familiarity with user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of business analysis techniques and frameworks (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Fluent English and French (spoken and written) – for direct communication with international stakeholders.
• Background in international projects or regulated sectors (finance, insurance, healthcare).
• Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, IREB, or Scrum Product Owner.
• Exposure to BI or Data Analytics environments.
