Business Analyst (French Speaker)

We are looking for a Business Analyst (French Speaker) with solid experience in requirements gathering and analysis, strong communication skills, and the autonomy to thrive in Agile and dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders. Produce functional and technical specifications, user stories, and related documentation. Support story mapping activities, acceptance criteria definition, and requirements validation. Create and execute test documentation to ensure solution quality. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements. Participate in application configuration and parameterization activities according to business needs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices within Agile environments. Support data analysis and validation activities through SQL queries. Your Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst . Fluent in French (C1) with a good command of English (B2/C1) . Strong experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, story mapping, and test documentation. Experience producing both functional and technical documentation. Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams. Good knowledge of SQL queries , database structures, and data models. Solid understanding of technical architectures and system integrations. Experience working in Agile environments . Experience with application parameterization and configuration. Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work autonomously and proactively. Collaborative approach and experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and effective prioritization abilities. Workplace type: Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote). Location: Parque das Nações, Lisboa.
