Job title: Digital Business Analyst

Duration: 12 months fixed term contract

Location Maidenhead- (3-4 days onsite per week)

What You Will Do:

Analyze new business initiatives and identify critical process bottlenecks.

Map complex 'as-is' and 'to-be' data flows to streamline operations.

Build, maintain, and deploy secure digital solutions utilizing Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Lead remote demonstrations to educate, empower, and upskill our internal teams on new digital tools.

What You Bring to the Table:

✅ Healthcare Expertise: Active experience in the healthcare sector (Mandatory).

✅ Education: Degree-level education or equivalent practical IT background.

✅ Core Skills: Proven track record in Business Analysis and Project Management.

✅ Technical Agility: Strong proficiency and the ability to rapidly upskill across the M365 ecosystem.

✅ Compliance Mindset: Solid understanding of data security, privacy by design, and quality system compliance.

✅Implementation & Integration: Support key commercial initiatives, including critical EMR (Electronic Medical Record) integration roll-outs.
