### Role Overview

Wavestone Germany AG is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of digital pension and investment solutions. The role focuses on customer-centric requirements analysis, solution design, digital retirement products, workshops, prototyping, implementation support, and quality assurance.

### Responsibilities

* Analyze and specify customer-centric requirements for digital pension solutions.

* Develop technical solution approaches, features, and user stories.

* Contribute to the development of digital pension products, particularly **Pillar 3a, vested benefits, and securities investments**.

* Conduct workshops with stakeholders, product management, and business departments.

* Create GUI prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI specialists.

* Support feature implementation and acceptance.

* Perform quality assurance and functional testing.

### Required Qualifications

* **5+ years of professional experience in Business Engineering** within financial services or insurance.

* Experience with digital investment platforms, pension solutions, or advisory solutions.

* Strong methodological knowledge of **BPMN, GUI prototyping, and Story Maps**.

* Experience working in Agile organizations.

* Strong analytical and conceptual skills.

* Open personality with a quick grasp of complex topics.

* **Fluent German** and very good English skills at **B2 level**.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with **SAFe** in Agile organizations.
