Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support requirement gathering, process analysis, documentation, and user acceptance testing while working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather requirements
• Create documentation and UML use case diagrams
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams and actively share ideas and insights.
• Work in an inclusive environment with team members from varied backgrounds and perspectives.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare reports and communicate insights

Requirements

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of business analysis/SDLC
• Familiarity with UML (preferred)
• Ability to explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders
