Show job description

BTS is a global consultancy that designs simulation-based and experiential learning to accelerate the time-to-value of strategic initiatives. We give people the opportunity to experience complex business situations, practice new behaviours in a risk-free environment, and connect leadership, strategy, and execution to deliver measurable business results.

Why you’ll love BTS

  • Exhilarating environment: Learn from diverse industries, cultures, and peers — every project is a new adventure.
  • Entrepreneurial freedom: We value bold ideas, autonomy, and ownership.
  • Purposeful impact: Work on global projects that deliver measurable results and lasting change.
  • Go big, go small: Collaborate with top-tier corporations while maintaining a close-knit culture where senior leaders know you.
  • Broaden your horizons: Be part of a team that goes beyond Italy — collaborating with colleagues in Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and more.

What You’ll Do

As a Consultant Intern at BTS, you’ll support organizations in translating their strategies into action. You’ll work closely with clients — from senior executives to emerging leaders — to help design and deliver experiences that change how people think, act, and lead.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supporting the facilitation of strategic workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtual, helping teams connect their goals to business performance.
  • Contributing to the design of customized learning journeys and simulations, in partnership with our global Centers of Expertise.
  • Analyzing business challenges to generate insights and recommendations that bridge strategy, leadership, and execution.
  • Supporting the management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, impact, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, bringing together creativity, analytical thinking, and a human touch.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who combine analytical rigor with strong communication skills — individuals who can think strategically, communicate clearly, engage others, and bring energy to every room. We value a drive for excellence paired with a generous, human-centered mindset. You enjoy turning data into clear, insight-led stories, supporting workshops that mobilize teams, and contributing with clarity, confidence, and positive energy.

You might be a great fit if you have:

  • Final-year university student or recent graduate status, or initial professional experience, ideally in consulting, strategy, business, engineering, economics, or related fields.
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to structure problems, analyze data, and communicate insights clearly.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, humble, and proactive mindset, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Availability to work from our offices in a hybrid model (3 days per week).

You’ll love this job if you…

  • Are curious, creative, and motivated by making a real impact.
  • Enjoy working with people from different parts of the world and creating high-quality deliverables.
  • Feel comfortable with data, business concepts, and analytical discussions.
  • Take a high-quality approach to everything you do.
  • Love learning about new industries and tackling new challenges every week.
  • Are comfortable using GenAI tools, Excel, and PowerPoint, and eager to keep learning.
