We’re looking for a sharp, curious, ambitious, and results-driven Business Analyst Intern to join our growing team in Lebanon. This is a paid hybrid internship , offering both remote flexibility and occasional in-office collaboration at our M1 Building offices in Downtown Beirut. This internship is an opportunity for you to experience what it’s like to work at maids.cc — and for us to get to know you. High-performing interns may receive a full-time offer upon completion. What You’ll Do Analyze business problems, collect data, and create reports to support decision-making. Use AI tools, LLMs, and automation platforms to build and improve chatbots, workflows, and internal systems. Work with technologies such as OpenAI, n8n, LangChain, Notion, JIRA, Miro, and other modern business tools. Design workflows, wireframes, mockups, and process improvements to optimize operations. Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to launch dashboards, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions. Support restructuring initiatives by defining KPIs and improving operational efficiency. Contribute to building real-world systems actively used across the business. Requirements ✅ What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or any analytics-related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to think critically. Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is a plus. Fluency in English is required.
