We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/n) to join a long-term international project delivered for a European Union Organisation based in Warsaw.
Offer
- Work model: hybrid (primarily remote, with the possibility of quickly commuting to the office in Warsaw)
- Rate: up to 430 EUR/MD net+VAT
- B2B contract (via Shimi)
- The earliest Contract start date: 25.11.2026
- The latest Contract start date: Within max. 3 months from the day that acceptance of the proposal has been sent to contractor

Required certificates:
At least 2 certifications among:
- Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA) or equivalent
- Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent or equivalent certifications recognized internationally
- at least one valid ServiceNow certificate: Certified System Adminitstrator, Citizen Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or other relevant issued by ServiceNow
Knowledge and skills
- Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solution
- Minimum IT relevant professional experience: 5 years
- Minimum project experience relevant to the profile or at similar position: 3 years
- English level: C1
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation,
- Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis,
- Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.)
- Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others
- Presents excellent analytical and communication skills
- Holds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively
- Presents problem solving skills
Specific requirements
- Had role of the BA for a large-scale project (above 1 year duration and over €1M budget) of deployment enterprise resource planning system
- Experienced in analysis of the following business processes: Logistics, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Fleet Management, Financial Management, Legal, HR, Project Management
- Experienced in business (and optionally system) analysis considering capabilities of the Service Now platform (custom/scoped applications and standard Service Now modules): ITSM (Hardware Asset Management, CMDB), SecOps, Customer Service Management, Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Porfolio Management (in on-prem and clould set-up)

- Elicits and analyses business needs, requirements and user stories,
- Supports business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software development
- Maintains and tracks requirements/user stories in systems lifecycle
- Transfers business, users and technical needs into business requirements specification,
- Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system features
- Analyses available systems
- Supports identification of options for potential solutions
- Supports preparation of business cases and feasibility studies
- Contributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management.
- Responsible for designing, validating, and testing business processes for achieving business process excellence
- Responsible for taking a holistic approach in the planning and managing of a programmes for continuous improvements of business processes
- Responsible for coaching staff on upcoming changes, ensuring that a plan is in place to teach new skills and/or process changes
- Collaborates with owners of end-to-end processes to continually seek out process improvements
- Identifies opportunities for business process improvement leading to improved customer service, lower costs, or higher revenue (effectiveness and efficiency gains)
- Communicates project objectives, business case, requirements, and scope to all stakeholders, in order to better provide rapid responses to business needs
- Quantitatively analyses business processes, performing cost-benefit and what-if analysis
- Plans organizational changes process
- Implements performance monitoring systems for business processes
- Supports business users in developing strategic and tactical plans (e.g. sector strategies, implementation plans etc.)
