🚀 About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business processes, pricing operations, and technology.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to optimize pricing processes, maintain Oracle CPQ data and configurations, and drive continuous improvements across business operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

🔹 Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales organization hierarchy structures and maintain quote approval tables in Oracle CPQ.

🔹 Support the onboarding of new approvers by ensuring the correct system access and coordinating required training.

🔹 Monitor and review key pricing operational metrics, including:

• 📑 Multi-Party Pricing Agreements
• ⏱️ Pricing Validity
• 💰 List Price Usage

🔹 Maintain pricing data, approval tables, and system configurations.

🔹 Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.

🔹 Translate business needs into clear functional and system requirements.

🔹 Participate in solution design, visualization, and configuration activities.

🔹 Coordinate requirements management and change management processes.

🔹 Build strong relationships with both business and technical teams.

🔹 Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.

🔹 Support feasibility studies, implementations, and business initiatives.

🧩 Skills & Requirements

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

💼 4–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

⚙️ Experience working with Oracle CPQ or similar pricing/quote management systems.

🔍 Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis.

📝 Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

🤝 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

🌐 Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.

🇬🇧 English – professional working proficiency (required).
