💎About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, impact-driven Middle Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. This is not a single-project role - you will be continuously involved across several active products simultaneously, including fintech, real estate, AI-powered platforms, and other domains.

This is a high-ownership position with direct client communication from day one. You will work closely with clients, designers, and development teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements - and you'll have a real voice in shaping both products and processes.

📍Type of cooperation: Remote, Part-time (up to 20 hours per week)

💻Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and evolve AI Adoption approach within the BA practice, using tools like Claude Code for BA activities and artifacts
• Conduct Discovery phases: market research, user personas, solution vision, roadmaps, and MVP scope definition
• Prepare full Functional Decomposition (Epic → Feature → User Story) with Acceptance Criteria in Gherkin format
• Write clear, well-structured user stories and functional specs that developers can act on immediately
• Review UI/UX designs against requirements and flag inconsistencies or gaps
• Review development team implementation results from a requirements-owner perspective
• Facilitate stakeholder communication - manage expectations, provide progress updates, and keep everyone aligned
• Work on AI-focused projects involving autonomous agentic pipelines and data-driven flows
• Participate in pre-sale activities - contribute to project estimations, solution shaping, and client presentations
• Manage backlog refinement, change requests, and risks across multiple projects in parallel

📌Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously - context-switching is part of your daily routine
• Strong experience in writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Functional Decompositions with client sign-off
• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude Code) for BA activities and artifact creation
• Experience reviewing UI/UX designs against prepared requirements and flagging inconsistencies or gaps
• Data visualization skills - ability to build mockups, wireframes, use case diagrams, and prototypes
• Project scope decomposition and BA estimation experience
• Strong understanding of business flows, processes, and purpose
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and software architecture - enough to communicate effectively with engineers
• English C1+ - direct client communication in English, both written and verbal
