Job Description
Fabletics is looking for a Business Analyst, Product Creation Technology.
How do you fit in?
FableticsOS is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support Product Creation Technology initiatives across our growing suite of systems—including PLM (Centric), ERP (BlueCherry), supply chain platforms, planning and allocation tools, and B2B systems (NuOrder). This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, owning documentation, analysis, testing, and execution of enhancements as PC Tech's scope continues to expand across B2B, supply chain, and product development. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver with strong documentation expertise, a deep understanding of system workflows, and a proven ability to collaborate across diverse business and technical teams. This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Management, PC Technology.
As a Business Analyst on the PC Tech team, you sit at the intersection of business and technology—translating complex operational needs into clear, actionable requirements across multiple domains. You free up PM capacity for strategic work by owning documentation, UAT, and support with depth and rigor. You're comfortable working across product creation, supply chain, planning and allocation, and B2B, building strong relationships with stakeholders at every level, and your work directly enables the systems that power Fabletics' global operations.
What you will do:
Requirements & Documentation
- Create and maintain documentation including PRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT scripts
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to capture, clarify, and validate requirements across PC, supply chain, planning/allocation, and B2B workstreams
- Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex business processes into clear, structured requirements that engineering and vendor teams can execute against
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), developing and executing test scripts, coordinating test participants across business teams, and tracking defect resolution
- Partner with QA and engineering on regression testing for system enhancements and releases
Systems Coverage
- Support initiatives across PLM (Centric), ERP (BlueCherry), supply chain platforms (Four Kites, Pivot-88, sustainability tools), planning and allocation systems (Blue Yonder), and B2B tools (NuOrder), developing deep functional knowledge of how each connects across end-to-end workflows
- Identify integration gaps and data flow issues across systems, surfacing them with clear documentation and recommendations
Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for PC technology systems, troubleshooting complex system and data issues and recommending scalable solutions
- Triage incoming support requests, prioritize based on business impact, and coordinate resolution with technical teams
Agile Delivery
- Apply Scrum practices—facilitating stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning—while maintaining well-groomed backlogs with clearly scoped stories and acceptance criteria
- Track sprint progress, flag blockers, and communicate status to stakeholders
Change Management & Training
- Support change management and training efforts to drive adoption across business teams following system enhancements and launches
- Develop training materials, process guides, and release notes, acting as a go-to resource for teams navigating new features or process changes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product creation, supply chain, planning, wholesale, finance, and tech teams, building trusted relationships that enable proactive identification of system needs
- Participate in vendor calls and workstream reviews to represent business requirements and ensure delivery alignment
What you can bring:
Experience
- 4–6+ years of experience in a Business Analysis, Systems Administrator, or product support role
- Proven experience authoring business and technical documentation (PRDs, specs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Strong track record in UAT planning, script development, and execution across multiple systems and business functions in a fast-paced environment
Execution
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex, multi-system landscapes
- Proven ability to multi-task and balance competing project priorities with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) and solid understanding of change management and user training practices
Technical
- Proficiency with project and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, and Asana
- Familiarity with system integrations and data flows across enterprise platforms, with comfort reading technical documentation, data models, and API/integration specs
Communication
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills across business and technical audiences, with the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
- Enthusiastic thought-partner eager to apply strategic thinking and analytical skills in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with retail and wholesale business processes (merchandising, planning, supply chain) and EDI workflows and standards
- Exposure to product-to-channel operations: design, tech design, merchandising, planning, production, product development, and supply chain
- Knowledge of PLM (Centric), ERP (BlueCherry), Blue Yonder, and NuOrder, or experience with supply chain visibility or quality management platforms
