Business Analyst / Project Manager -SAP CML

Mandatory:

Remote - Based in Germany and able to attend workshops in Hameln or Frankfurt.

Key Responsibilities:

•SAP CML or FS-CML.

•SAP BCA or BCS.

•Elicit and analyse requirements from business, technology and application stakeholders.

•Facilitate requirements and process workshops in German.

•Document current-state and target-state processes.

•Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.

•Prepare process flows, business rules, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria.

•Analyse requirements across SAP and surrounding applications.

•Identify process, data, integration and operational impacts.

•Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability.

•Manage requirement clarifications, changes, dependencies and approvals.

•Work with SAP developers and architects to validate solution alignment.

•Support test-case preparation, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

•Ensure requirements documentation meets agreed quality and governance standards.

•Senior experience in requirements engineering, business analysis or functional analysis.

•Strong SAP process and application knowledge.

•Experience documenting functional requirements and end-to-end process flows.

•Experience working with SAP development, integration and testing teams.

•Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

•Experience facilitating workshops and managing requirement approvals.

•Banking, mortgage, lending or financial-services knowledge.

•Application-integration or migration experience.

•Experience supporting SIT, UAT and business acceptance.

•Experience working in regulated technology environments.

Strong experience in project or program management.

Proven delivery experience across complex IT or transformation initiatives.

Strong project planning, governance, risk management and reporting capabilities.

Experience coordinating multiple business and technology workstreams.

Strong stakeholder and vendor-management skills.

Manage projects from initiation through planning, execution, implementation and closure.

Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and delivery plans.

Coordinate business, technology, testing, operations and external delivery teams.

Track schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, actions and decisions.

Establish project governance and provide clear status reporting.

Prepare and facilitate project reviews, steering meetings and decision forums.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions in German.

Banking or financial-services experience.

Experience with large financial institutions or comparable regulated environments.

SAP transformation or application-delivery experience.

Migration, integration or regulatory programme experience.

Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery experience.

Relevant certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or SAFe.
